Information is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate events, manage membership, communicate chapter updates, support projects, and keep administrative records.

Access and retention

Back office data should only be accessed by authorised chapter administrators. Records should be kept only as long as needed for chapter operations, reporting, or legal obligations.

Media

Photos and videos from public chapter activities may be used to document JCI City Zimbabwe's work. Members and guests may contact the chapter if they have concerns about published media.
